There is something about approaching a new year of life that makes you pause and reflect.
As I step into 35, I’ve been thinking a lot about growth — not just the kind that happens around you, but the kind that happens within you.
For a long time in my life, fear has been an unwanted guest. It showed up in my health journey, in my decisions, and sometimes even in the way I allowed myself to show up in the world. Fear has a way of convincing you to stay quiet, stay small, and shrink yourself so others feel comfortable.
But I’ve made a decision.
I’m no longer choosing to live afraid or small just so others can feel comfortable enough to “ingest” me in smaller pieces.
God did not give us gifts so we could hide them.
He gave them to us so we could use them.
These books have truly been a labor of love for me. Every page, every puzzle, every reflection was created with the hope that someone out there might feel encouraged, comforted, or reminded of God’s promises in their own life.
And this website? It’s more than just a place to host my work. It’s a reminder of the creativity God placed inside of me — and a space where that creativity gets to live freely.
I believe that if you’ve been blessed with a skill, a gift, or a calling, you shouldn’t let it go to waste. Too often we silence the very things God planted in us because we’re afraid of judgment, criticism, or not being “good enough.”
But the truth is, the world needs what God put inside you.
As I turn 35, I’m incredibly excited about the trajectory of this page, the stories that will be shared here, and the books that are still to come. This space was created to encourage, uplift, and remind people that they are never walking through life alone.
If you’re visiting this page for the first time, welcome. Truly.
I hope you’ll explore, reflect, and maybe even find a little peace in the words shared here.
And if you feel led, I invite you to visit the store and explore my Faith Series, created to help overcome fear, anxiety, and doubt through scripture, reflection, and quiet moments with God’s word.
Thank you for being here and being part of this journey.
The best is still ahead.
